Cauliflower Steak (Vegan, Vegetarian)

- 1 large head cauliflower
- 2 sage leaves finely chopped
- 1 g red pepper flakes
- 10 ml olive oil
- 3 g chopped cilantro to sprinkle
Slice the cauliflower into steaks, at least 1cm thick.
Season the cauliflower with sage, red pepper flakes, and salt.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
Sear the cauliflower for 3 minutes per side.
Serve warm, garnished with chopped cilantro.
