Cauliflower Steak (Vegan, Vegetarian)

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 2 sage leaves finely chopped
  • 1 g red pepper flakes
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 3 g chopped cilantro to sprinkle


  1. Slice the cauliflower into steaks, at least 1cm thick.
  2. Season the cauliflower with sage, red pepper flakes, and salt.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
  4. Sear the cauliflower for 3 minutes per side.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with chopped cilantro.
