Peanut butter Yogurt Bark

  • 285 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 30 g peanut butter
  • 15 ml honey
  • 30 g mini chocolate chips 75% cacao
  • 70 g chopped strawberries


  1. Line a shallow, freezer-friendly container with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture over parchment paper, in 0.5mm thick layer.
  4. Sprinkle the yogurt with chocolate chips and strawberries.
  5. Freeze until solid.
  6. Break into pieces and serve.
