Warm Chicken Salad

  • 400 g chicken breast fillets
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes sliced
  • 300 g arugula


  1. Brush the chicken breasts with 15ml and season to taste.
  2. Heat your grill and keep the heat to medium.
  3. Grill the chicken for 4 minutes per side.
  4. Remove from the heat and slice into strips.
  5. In the meantime, toss the tomatoes and arugula in a bowl.
  6. Add the warm chicken.
  7. Whisk the remaining olive oil and lemon juice in a small jar.
  8. Pour the dressing over the chicken and season the salad to taste.
  9. Toss once again and serve.
