Juice the orange. Grate the orange zest finely.

Combine dates and half the orange juice in a bowl. Place aside 10 minutes.

Place the cashews and the remaining orange juice in a food processor.

Process 2-3 minutes.

Remove the cashews from the processor.

Place the dates with orange juice, and raisins in a food processor. Process until they form a sticky mixture.

Combine the date mixture with cashews and add orange zest and cacao powder.

Stir until well combined.

Shape the mixture into 16 truffles.

10. Dust the truffles with cocoa or simply roll the truffles through the cocoa powder.
