- 250 g almond butter no sugar added
- 225 g pumpkin puree
- 75 g raw cocoa powder
- 70 g brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 50 g chopped almonds
Preheat oven to 180C.
In a large bowl, combine almond butter, pumpkin puree, cocoa, and sugar.
Fold in half the chopped almonds.
Pour the mixture into the 20cm baking pan, lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle the brownie batter with remaining almonds.
Bake the brownies 35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Cut the brownies into 9 squares.
